Great pharmacy and great staff! They always go above and beyond to explain new medications whenever I have questions! Very convenient location also you can grocery shop while they fill your scripts

Today I had a mini heart attack as I went to my pharmacy in Minnesota, they told me that due to recent insurance changes I'm only allowed to fill in North Dakota now, it was a half an hour before the North Dakota pharmacy closed. I rushed over there thinking I would have to take a separate trip back into town tomorrow (I live 45 min away in MN currently) but I am very blessed that a woman by the name of Rosalind Bruce was there to help me, she refilled my medication quickly and was incredibly kind, helpful & understanding of my situation. 10/10 would recommend the Walmart on 13th as a pharmacy choice.

So I moved to the Fargo-Moorhead Metro Area in February 2024 and got transferred from my old Walmart to this Walmart (Store 1581) and I really am glad I transferred to this Walmart! As far as I know it's the ONLY Walmart in the state of North Dakota that has a pharmacy inside it (Closest one that is run and owned by Walmart is in Dilworth, MN) as I have Autism and the Bipolar and Anxiety stuff and I need my meds and Wall's Prairie Pharmacy really does their jobs well! The ladies were extremely nice and friendly! I did have one issue however, their official app is glitchy or it's broken and I brought it up to them and I thought that maybe it was my iPhone 12 Pro Max that was causing the glitch, but I was told by the WPP ladies that I wasn't the only one that was having trouble and I guess the customers complained about the app so much that the pharmacy ladies had to take down the sign advertising their app. Other than that, I love this pharmacy! It's convenient because not only do I live close by, but I also work at this Walmart as the Greeter/Door Host and I can easily get my meds when I'm on break or on lunch or when I'm off the clock! I would totally rate this pharmacy a 9.6/10! I really would've enjoyed it more if the app was available but technology is technology so errors are bound to happen sooner or later and that's A-OK! :) Thanks again ladies for serving me! You just gained yet another loyal customer! I look forward to being a loyal customer of Wall's Prairie Pharmacy! :) (P.S. If the manager of this pharmacy sees this, you all do a very great job keeping an eye on things for us! We appreciate you and we need you as you're the only pharmacy in the entire state of North Dakota that is located inside of a Walmart. Don't listen to those angry customers, they don't understand some things sometimes. We as the Fargo community love your pharmacy!)

Needed a new pharmacy because of poor service elsewhere. I was overjoyed to find Prairie Pharmacy. Not only really convenient, but service is great - staff is so friendly I look forward to stopping in.

I had an amazing experience with the Walmart pharmacy team. I arrived to pick up a prescription and groceries, but the medication wasn’t ready yet. I decided to shop while waiting, but lost track of time and returned 11 minutes after the pharmacy had closed. I thought I’d missed my chance, but a team member came out, reopened the store, and filled my prescription. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to, and I’m so grateful for their kindness and exceptional service!

I never make reviews for companies but I felt like these guys deserve it. I have been with this pharmacy since at least 2009. I feel if you or someone in your family has a chronic illness it’s important to establish a good relationship with not only a physician but a good pharmacist. Leslie has been a blessing to my grandma and I. She has been there to answer questions or throw out ideas. She is compassionate and has tried to go above and beyond when needed. If we had more healthcare workers like Leslie and her crew this broken system would be better off!

Ive been coming to this pharmacy for years and i cant put into words the level of professionalism, service, and excellence I receive every single time! Great job to all the staff thank you so much!!!!
